Present in over 60 countries through their 8 subsidiaries and partner network, their application services are used by nearly 6,000 companies worldwide.MISSION— The function of the pre-sales consultant, corporate team leader is to lead and oversee the pre-sales team within Generix.The primary focus of this role is to support the sales process by providing functional and technical expertise, product knowledge, and solutions to potential clients.Pre-sales team leader plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary resources and information to effectively engage with prospective customers.She/He is in charge of deploying in all Business Units the best practices of pre-sales activities.Key responsibilities of the pre-sales team leader may include: Team Management: She/He is responsible for building and managing a team of pre-sales engineers or specialists. This involves hiring, training, and mentoring team members to ensure they possess the required hard and soft skills. Functional and Technical Expertise: She/He should have an in-depth understanding of EDI and e-invoicing products or services. She/He must stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. Client Engagement: Collaborating with the sales team, She/He engages with prospective clients during the early stages of the sales process. She/He conducts product demonstrations, technical presentations, and address any concerns or queries the potential clients may have. Solution Development: Pre-sales managers work closely with the sales and technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet the needs and requirements of potential clients. She/He creates persuasive proposals and documentation to showcase the value of the proposed solutions. RFP/RFI Response: She/He is involved in preparing responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) or Request for Information (RFI) from prospective clients, ensuring that the responses align with the client's needs and demonstrate the company's capabilities. Collaboration with Product Development: She/He acts as a liaison between the sales team and the product development or engineering teams. She/He provides valuable feedback from clients and prospects to help improve existing products or influence the development of new ones. Sales Support: She/He supports the sales team in negotiations, providing technical insights and helping address any objections raised by potential clients. Market Intelligence: Keeping a pulse on the market and competition, She/He finds opportunities for improvement, growth, and expansion. Sales Process Optimization: She/He continuously assess and refines the pre-sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, leading to better conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders is crucial for success in this role. Overall, the function of a pre-sales team leader is to equip the sales team with the technical knowledge and resources needed to effectively position products or services and secure successful deals with customers. She/He contributes significantly to the company's revenue growth and plays a vital role in building strong, lasting client relationships.PROFILE— You will have over 10 years' proven experience in a SaaS and dematerialisation company. You must have an excellent level of English, as you will be working in an international context on a daily basis. You have the ability to work in a demanding professional environment and to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
