Event Coordinator (Contractor)

To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a VIP & Events Manager to join our team based in our Paris office. Management of the VIP request and sample trafficking coordinating the junior positions in send outs, returns and tracking Assist with VIP guestlist invitations for client events Assist with VIP guest attendance at client events, greeting guests at the door, chaperoning photographer, photocalls, managing car booking and front of house needs. Assist with negotiation and contracting of talent paid endorsements Prepare and distribute VIP media alerts and client notifications Be responsible for maintaining and creating VIP clippings book, along with counterparts in the other Karla Otto offices Minimum of at least 5-year experience in public relations Associate or bachelor’s degree required in business, advertising, PR, marketing, communication, or related field English professional working proficiency both written and oral Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly, and with a keen eye for detail both with quantitative and qualitative data Must be efficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint + Fashion GPS Permanent position to be filled from December 2024 in our Paris office (16°).
