Pernod Ricard is looking for its next Cultural Foresights Apprentice , starting in September 2024. You will be supporting Pernod Ricard’s trends and prospective practice in order to initiate and inspire future growth opportunities by ensuring the development of fit for purpose innovations ; and facilitate the early identification of relevant cultural and societal levers to develop sharper brand and portfolio strategies . You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. Your key missions: Trend watch production & organization Ensure a daily trend watch of emerging trends, trends, and mega trends to create a real competitive advantage for Pernod Ricard Foster a community of local partners (China, USA, India , Mexico, Nigeria) to ensure a good trend watch is produced locally every quarter Select and evaluate the best sources and efficient research tools Follow-up on the watch’s needs , process and research criteria in order to adjust the watch to the needs of key stakeholders Foresights production and edition Find , gather , curate & analyze information to identify new consumer convivial patterns, new business opportunities for the group and affiliates and solve new business challenges Based on a constant lifestyle investigation and cross-cultural/multi- disciplinary exploration, produce strategic recommendations and directions based on a rigorous prospective approach Quickly and clearly synthetize the information selected to generate regular reports, briefings, videos , internal magazines highlighting evolving patterns and turning them into emerging business opportunities Managing Cultural Foresight ecosystem & communication: Manage the editorial roadmap of the Cultural Foresight team through Pernod Ricard’s intelligence sharing platform – The Insight Factory . Proactively promote Cultural Foresights content across the Group via e-newsletters, internal websites , blogs and platforms. Monitor traffic and constantly reassess and suggest improvement strategies ( better UX, new functionalities , technical maintenance, back office management) If you recognize yourself in the description below , don’t wait to apply !
