The position involves:Responding to customer callsProviding Level 1 support for internet and IP servicesMonitoring and managing alarms for infrastructure in Cogent’s data centersControlling access to Cogent sitesManaging maintenance from our suppliers and othersThe work is done in collaboration with our two other European centers based in Spain and GermanyQualifications:Languages: Fluency in written and spoken French and English is required. Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantageThe candidate must be reactive, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in a similar role would be a plusPosition is based in La Garenne-Colombes (Paris, France).
