Senior Technical Artist (W/M/NB) – The Crew Motorfest
Full-time

Play as a team, Race for excellence and Get creative! At Ubisoft Ivory Tower, we are driven by these values every day since 2007! Join our team at Ivory Tower to work on The Crew Motorfest as Senior Technical Artist (M/NB/W).
You will work under the World Technical Director’s responsibility, who’s in charge of the team that determines, prepares, adapts, and improves the world art tools and pipeline used throughout the production process.
Main missions:
Find and develop the best possible tools and methods to improve and assist the Art team in their daily work
Act as a bridge between artists and engineers to improve pipeline’s quality, velocity, and feasibility
Test tools before deployment and ensure they are fully functional for production
Investigate tomorrow’s technologies to stay at the forefront of the industry
Produce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, trainings, processes, and engine limits
Minimum Requirements:
Solid experience as Technical Artist, ideally on AAA productions
Highly skilled in Python and C#, C++ is a big plus
Scripting in DCC such as 3DSMax, Blender, and Substance Designer
Excellent communication, collaborative work, and autonomy
Strong background in art is preferred
Fluency in English (written and oral)
