You will be the first point of contact for drivers who need maintenance appointments, road assistance, or other services related to their cars.Your responsibility will include:Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking drivers, assisting with maintenance appointments, road assistance, and other car-related services.Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other channels professionally, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.Coordinate Service Requests: Schedule maintenance appointments and roadside assistance efficiently, liaising with relevant departments and external providers for timely resolution.Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers based on comprehensive knowledge of automotive products.Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.What you will get:You will earn an abroad working experience and become more adaptable.
