On its site located in Paris-Saclay, it brings together its own staff, employees of its partners and those of external companies. The IPVF aims to ambition to become one of the main global centers for research, innovation and training in the field of energy transition.The IPVF aims to primary objective of improving the performance and competitiveness of photovoltaic cells and developing disruptive technologies relying on four levers:• An ambitious research program;• The reception, on its Paris-Saclay site, of more than 200 researchers and their laboratories;• A cutting-edge technological platform (8 m²) open to players in the photovoltaic sector, and bringing together more than 000 cutting-edge equipment located in clean rooms.• A training program mainly based on a master's degree, supervision of doctoral students, and continuing education.Brief history:The IPVF was founded in 2013 at the initiative of the French State, EDF, TotalEnergies, Air Liquide, CNRS, Ecole Polytechnique, Horiba and Riber. Bringing together more than 150 researchers, our Paris-Saclay platform, with an area of 8 m², is a one-stop shop for all types of deeptech research and innovation.The IPVF aims to remain:• A world leader in photovoltaic-related R&D. by bringing together the best French teams in the field of research, innovation and industrial production, in partnership with major international institutes, particularly in Europe,• A leader in the development of photovoltaic technological bricks in line with market trends,• A reference in sending the most promising R&D concepts the most promising R&D concepts for the industry.JOB CONTEXTThe IPVF experimental research platform includes more than 100 cutting-edge equipment using energy, fluids and special gases. The building accommodates 150 people on a surface area of 7800m² including approximately 3400m² of laboratory space.As part of the preparation of the STAFF project and the necessary reinforcement of the teams in preparation for this ambitious project, a maintenance mission is offered to a technician wishing to join a dynamic team, focused on innovation and stakeholder in sustainable development. The ambitious IPVF project will allow you to express your talent and demonstrate your skills laboratory maintenance.MAIN MISSIONSEnsure the proper functioning of vacuum deposition equipment (approximately 15 machines, 30 pumps)Check the proper functioning of the equipment daily to avoid deviations.Make the simple adjustments provided by the manufacturer and carry out all routine preventive maintenance operations.Reload safely accessible consumables (metals, targets, etc.), and manage stocks.Identify and diagnose breakdowns, carry out simple repairs by standard exchange and minor repairs.Call on contracted companies for complex repairs, monitor interventions and reports.Carry out mechanical and electrical lockouts and disconnections in collaboration with the Facility Management team, participate in the connections and disconnections of stainless steel and PVC pipes for compressed air and fluids.Assist in the commissioning of new equipment, from delivery to installation, with support from suppliers for acceptance tests.Apply health and safety protocols and rules corresponding to work situations.Archive supplier documentation, as well as maintenance intervention reports.As part of the IPVF pre-industrialization program, contribute to the installation of new equipment:In collaboration with the studies and new works department, identify the best installation solutions.Participate in receiving equipment.Be in support of suppliers during the assembly of machines.Participate in the drafting of safety rules related to new equipment, in collaboration with the QHSE department.Cross-functional missionsContribute to the IPVF collective by responding to requests from different departments.REQUIRED PROFILEWith BUT physical measurements training or equivalent, you know the maintenance of levels 1 to 3 of technical laboratory equipment and know how to follow a maintenance plan. You have already experienced working in a clean room and in this context, know how to follow instructions, make adjustments and carry out troubleshooting.
