Meaningful Work From Day One
You participate in the trade negotiation strategy and guarantee its implementation:
- Define the strategic and operational axes to optimize Brown-Forman volumes and P&L within the Off-Premises in accordance with the category strategy and the resources allocated.
- Ensure the commercial coherence of a group of customers.
- Manage a category vision with purchasing and marketing decision-makers and ensure its implementation in accordance with the Category Strategy “American Whiskies”.
- Ensure the correct implementation at the point of sales, in accordance with the field sales and the area sales managers with a constant concern to optimize the Customer Marketing Plan.
What You Can Expect
- In charge of implementing Brown Forman's sales policy in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with all relevant departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, etc.) to draw up the Customer Business Plan.
- Recommend strategic development directions for customers to optimize Brown Forman's business development.
- Responsible for Customer Operating Accounts: set ambitious targets to achieve results while optimizing profitability.
- Responsible for negotiating and implementing commercial agreements:
- Responsible for annual negotiating and implementing contracts negotiated with customers and ensure follow-up, in accordance with the allocated resources and the defined trade policy.
- Participate in the development of customers' commercial networks, in order to better understand and influence the customer's category and commercial policy.
- Ensure the correct application in coordination with the Area Managers of the regional trade agreements.
- Optimize the logistics chain in accordance with the CGA and CGV and ensure the correct transmission to the Supply Chain of the necessary information to achieve the projections.
- Communicate all useful information to other departments (marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams) to ensure excellent application of commercial agreements.
- Customer relationship development: Responsible for the development of customer relations for Purchasing, buyers, purchasing and marketing group leaders and for developing a network of external information on markets and competitors.
- Contribute to the setting up of international agreements, and ensure the proper optimization of the French counterparts with the International Purchasing Centers.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Business School and/or University: Master’s in marketing and sales.
- Certifications: Driving License.
- Experience: Significant Off-premises negotiation and category experience (at least 5 years).
- Fluent in English and French.
