We provide businesses with the tools to prove recovery readiness, streamline precise data restoration, and leverage tools that protect the integrity and availability of critical data.It's a great time to join us!When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.Your responsibilities will include:Building strong relationships with Managers to understand the ins and outs of their departments, their hiring needs and job specificationsCreating and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boardsSourcing candidates using several databases, job boards, social media etcScreening candidates resumes and job applicationsConducting interviews in compliance with best practice and local regulationsClosing candidates and assisting with their administrative onboardingProviding analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the teamPromoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”Cultivating a diverse talent pipeline, contributing to Odaseva's DEI initiativesYou will bring:BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration12+ years of experience in talent acquisition in SaaS and fast-growing environmentsExceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systemsProven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)Full professional proficiency in EnglishOdaseva’s values are: Trust, Customer Centricity, Engagement, Excellence, Continuous Innovation, and Teamwork.Odaseva offers an inclusive, supportive work environment where talented people innovate and grow.
