TCS France has delivered double-digit growth for over 5 years supporting customers in digital transformation, Data and cloud journeys.MissionSourcing and attracting top talent through various channelsConducting interviews and evaluating candidates' qualificationsCollaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needsManaging the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate pipelinesEnsuring a positive candidate experience throughout the whole hiring journeyThe ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of the Business and HR processes and should be able to bring in innovative solutions to resolve complexities and manage all stakeholders effectively in a multi-cultural environment.Main DutiesPartnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies and improve the hiring process overallSourcing and screening candidates, job applications, and resumesConducting phone screens, performing reference checks, and scheduling interviews to assess candidate fit and qualificationsManaging candidate pipelines and providing regular updates to hiring managersDeveloping and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent based on hiring needsManaging job postings on various job boards and social media platformsParticipating in job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and identify the best candidatesNegotiating offers and managing the onboarding process for new employeesContributing your experience and feedback to help improve the recruitment process as well as the hiring and interview processesSkills required At least 6-7 years’ experience in Recruitment field in France, in global companies specifically in IT Industry preferred.Bachelor’s Degree in Human ManagementEnglish speaking – fluent (B2) and French speaking – nativeFrench employment law knowledge (including types of contracts / benefits etc)Excellent PC skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) is a mustStrong collaboration skills and deep exposure of working with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environmentProven track record of successfully increasing the quality of new hires while reducing cost and time for the processExperience with employer branding and recruitment marketingDetailed understanding of the candidate lifecycle and common recruitment-related metricsStrong interpersonal skills, build relationships based on trust, establish rapport quickly, and create lasting connections both online and in-personWell-honed decision-making skills, creative in finding ways to get things done and identifying solutions to problems, and comfortable taking actionAttention to detail, mindful of the nuances and details of your work, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracksCollaboration-oriented, work well with others, are a team player, and understand the importance of working together towards a common goalExcellent communication skills, communicate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders, and can adapt your communication style to different audiencesCareer Learning OpportunitiesBeing a part of the the Recruitment function of a fast growing and vibrant Region in EuropeExposure to working as part of the Region’s and Europe’s team plus work directly with Business LeadersExposure to a multi-cultural work environment, predominantly comprising of Local and Expat WorkforceExposure to International HR practices and Statutory regulationsWorking at TCSAttractive fixed + variable compensationHoliday BonusProfit sharingCSEJoin an international group present in 50 countriesWork on ambitious and innovative projectsParticipate in our community events: meetups followed by after-works, tech week, etc.And because we want to help you grow and improve, we offer regular training and participation in conferences.
