The first unicorn of the dental sector!  Role and Responsibilities Oversee corporate website creation and maintenance across 10+ languages. Ensure effective lead generation for sales teams. Keep software up to date and compliant with regulations. Lead social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on various platforms. Maximize Pardot to automate marketing processes, streamline operations, and measure campaign effectiveness. Understand and map out the customer journey specific to the dental industry, identifying key touchpoints for optimization. Collaborate with sales team to refine processes based on digital campaign insights and customer feedback.  Work with internal stakeholders to optimize communication and processes. Implement best practices ensuring compliance and effective email campaigns across global markets. Analyze marketing performance using KPIs. Manage and monitor analytics and reporting modules for websites, email automation, and social media. Drive groundbreaking social media and marketing programs in healthcare spaces. Ensure campaigns meet objectives and branding guidelines. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience in implementing lead generation strategies, email marketing campaigns, and paid ads. Experience living the start-up to scale-up journey is essential. Technologically savvy individual with proven experience implementing websites, email marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media initiatives.  Advanced Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, marketing automation, and graphic design software. Familiar with email marketing regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM). Excellent understanding of the sales process and customer journey in relation to digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms to optimize engagement. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into actionable plans. Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English required. French and other language a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. “Will-Make -it-Happens” mentality, being able to own, drive and implement what needs to be done, on time.  Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Data-driven mindset with a keen focus on metrics and ROI analysis.  Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital technologies. Experience in a startup or scaleup environment.
