In collaboration with the Global communications team, you will ensure consistency of company-wide communication, share best practices, and support impactful regional media strategies.As a Public Relations & Communication Manager - France at Qonto, you will• Lead, plan and conceive impactful PR campaigns, ROI-led, in line with our brand image and business objectives on the German market• Maintain a strong, current understanding of the German media landscape• Develop and strengthen relationships with key media in technology, business and national press in Germany• Manage and prepare interview process for key local spokespersons• Brief and manage day-to-day our local public relations agency for successful execution and analysis of all our communication activities• Develop editorial content to increase our share of voice and ensure consistency of Qonto’s messaging: PR releases, speeches, Q&As, bylines, keynotes etc• Align and integrate plans with marketing, social, CS, legal and other business and brand stakeholders What you can expect• A dynamic and challenging environment where your work will have a direct impact on Qonto's German recognition. • Access to a creative space where innovation and bold ideas are encouraged and valued.• Collaboration with teams across the organization, offering a holistic view of our business and the fintech ecosystem.• A commitment to your professional development, with opportunities to grow as Qonto continues to expand.About You• Languages: Your French and English communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to craft and convey Qonto's message on a global scale (French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus).• Experience: You have a proven track record of managing international PR campaigns and events in the tech or SaaS industry.• Executive Positioning: Your public speaking coaching skills have transformed executives into compelling speakers.• Stakeholder Management: You are adept at managing senior stakeholder relationships, both in-house and externally.• Networking: Your networking abilities and press contacts are second to none, enabling you to generate significant media coverage.• Writing: You have excellent writing and proofreading skills and can adapt your style to different channels and audiences.
