Our ambition is to lead the way in a high-growth market.Job DescriptionUnder the management of our Chief Marketing Officer, as a Monetization Manager you will oversee a portfolio of around 20 games. You will work in collaboration with 3 monetization managers on Ad revenue & IAP optimization in order to increase our games ARPDAU & LTV.We are looking for a person with experience with casual games, ideally with a deep understanding not only of ad monetization but also IAP monetization, product monetization, and a good grasp of data analytics.Your missions:Deeply analyze our waterfall and bidding ad monetization stack for every ad format (banner, rewarded video, interstitial) and provide recommendations for optimizations.Find improvement levers in order to increase our Average Revenue Per Daily Active users and Lifetime Value.Review and change the price floor strategy of our traditional ad networks, as well as review the country targeting and pricing strategy at a granular geo level. Test the latency and number of ad impressions per user by adding/removing calls in the waterfalls.Constantly test your optimizations via A/B tests on the mediation platform to measure the exact ARPDAU impact and the results at the country level of the changes. Keep track of those results via a shared tracker document.Scale your successful optimizations across our whole portfolio of games.Create and implement from scratch the complete waterfall and bidding setup for our new game launches. Ensure all networks' SDKs are correctly integrated and serving impressions.Work closely with the +20 network partners on the monetization side: challenge them to provide new recommendations, test seasonal pricing, and conduct bi-weekly meetings to review actual performances (IronSource, Applovin, Admob, Unity, etc.).Integrate and A/B test new monetization partners: classic ad networks, as well as innovative ad formats networks (in-game ads, audio ads, etc.).Negotiate incentives and integration bonuses with specific new partners.Collaborate with the User Acquisition, Motion Design, Creative, and Publishing teams on new and existing games to provide monetization recommendations: A/B test ad impression frequencies, rewarded video placements and incentives, In-App purchases placements and pricing, etc.Work closely with our Tech team to test GDPR CMPs and ATT CMPs to increase the opt-in rate.Maintain a relentless focus on all things results, contributing to increasing - or even better - smashing the global growth targets.Collaborate with Product & Publishing teams to create and test new monetization strategies that will unlock incremental LTV improvements (ex: ad placements, user segmentations, cohorts, ad frequency, and retention).Drive IAP experiments and analysis to grow IAP revenue for TapNation's casual titles (country pricing segmentation, user profiling, and custom pricing).Challenge our Data team by looking at monetization metrics in a new way that will allow us to uncover better revenue opportunities.Present your Monetization actions, work, and performances in a weekly team meeting and monthly report.Participate and represent the company in industry events to meet partners or as a public speaker.Candidate ProfileYou have a passion for games, particularly mobile games.Result-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Have a clear data-driven mindset.Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.Knowledge in data analytics language is a plus: Python, SQL.2+ years of experience in Monetization, preferably in gaming.Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Business, or Engineering.Complete fluency in English, both written and orally.Experience working with IAP setup and optimization.Experience working with Product Monetization.More InformationStart date: ASAPContract: Full-time contract or contractorLocalization: Paris, with the flexibility of remote workingSalary: According to the profile and incentive on results.Benefits: Monthly restaurant vouchers, 50% of transport cost covered, medical insurance, incentive and bonus mechanisms.
