As our Supply Chain Lead, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the satisfaction of our customers and ensuring optimal efficiency. With strong analytical skills, operational experience and a charming talent in managing stakeholders, you are the spider in the web between our warehouses in France, our suppliers, the Picnic warehouses in France, and the developer teams in Amsterdam. What you'll do Take overall responsibility of the supply chain in France to ensure that deliveries to our warehouses are complete, on time and of highest quality ; Analyze and optimize core operational processes ; Establish standardized operating procedures within a meticulously organized supply chain environment, ensuring predictability and efficiency in output ; Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting lean methodologies, facilitating problem-solving workshops, and empowering cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements ; Build strong relationships with our suppliers in order to maintain highest quality standards and co-develop supply chain improvements ; Lead a team of supply chain specialist, operators and analysts ; Co-develop the technology roadmap with the international team in Amsterdam. About you Master’s degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain management ; 5 to 10 years of extensive experience in supply chain operations and analytics ; Fluent proficiency in both English and French languages ; Showcase a proven track record of successful leadership ; Strong analytical skills, with proficient knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau and Excel ; Translate your visionary ideas into actionable strategies, leading by example with a hands-on mentality.
