We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our UK operations team as a Junior Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by completing daily pre-checks, managing key inventory, scheduling linen orders, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily pre-checks to ensure that properties are ready to receive guests.
- Manage key investigations, ensuring that all keys are accounted for and secure.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen orders.
- Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise, working closely with the operations team to find solutions.
- Engage in daily communications with our ground providers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year in an operational role, ideally within hospitality.
- Quick learner, problem solver, with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
