RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are recruiting a People Development & Engagement Manager in an exciting and creative role to bring excellence to building and implementing HR development and engagement policies.

Based in Paris and reporting to the HR Director for France & Monaco, you will join the talented France & Monaco Human Resources team, which oversees all Coty entities including the Paris Prestige HQ, the France Business Unit Prestige & Consumer Beauty, the Fragrance plant in Chartres, and the Skincare plant and R&D center in Monaco.

With the support of an apprentice and in close collaboration with the France & Monaco HR team, as well as leveraging Coty's HR Centers of Excellence as needed, you will have the opportunity to design, deploy, and activate all of Coty's HR development policies in France & Monaco. Your actions will significantly impact the company's visibility and attractiveness, the development and retention of our talent, the experience of our newcomers, and the sense of belonging among our employees.

YOUR MAIN FOCUS:

Interns/Apprentices & Campus Management:

  • Serve as an ambassador for the employer brand, proposing local initiatives, developing school relations, and ensuring the company's visibility at school events.
  • Coordinate and streamline the recruitment process for interns and apprentices to improve efficiency.
  • Enhance the candidate's experience and optimize their onboarding process.
  • Monitor and analyze the market to propose and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to identify and retain high-potential candidates.
  • Oversee the administrative processes for agreements and contracts in collaboration with internal teams and external contacts.

Training:

  • Enrich and expand the existing training offerings to enhance employees' skills and meet current and future business challenges.
  • Manage the collection of training needs across all entities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to draft the training plan and consolidate the budget.
  • Deploy the training plan for Paris-based employees.
  • Participate in the drafting and presentation of documents for corporate bodies.
  • Organize and lead the annual Learning Week.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders regarding training matters.

Engagement:

  • Organize and initiate events to support the integration of new employees and enhance the life of our Paris sites.
  • Identify, propose, and support the implementation of actions and tools to engage employees.
  • Develop and lead the internal HR communication plan, ensuring visibility for team initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities: Beyond the core priorities, you will manage cross-functional projects in collaboration with local HR teams worldwide, the Employer Brand and Campus Management team based at headquarters in Amsterdam, and the Corporate Communications team.

  • You have successful 5 to 7 years' experience in HR Development.
  • You thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, bringing new and innovative ideas to the table.
  • You are business-driven and self-confident, with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
  • You are an effective communicator with a proven track record of navigating complex, matrixed organizations.
  • You possess strategic thinking and solution-driven capabilities, working closely with the HR Director to develop new initiatives and processes.
  • You demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, autonomy, initiative, proactivity, anticipation, strong interpersonal skills, tenacity, and responsiveness.
  • You are fluent in English.
