Within this Department, you will be responsible for the Leadership & Executive Learning team and will report to the Group Head of Learning. You will be a member of the Group Learning Management Team as well as of the Learning Leadership Team together with the LMT members and the Heads of Learning from our main Entities. Your job and daily missions: Define a Leadership and Executive learning strategy Develop a global learning strategy for Leaders across AXA (250 Leaders of the Global Leadership Network, 2000 Senior Executives, 10000 Managers) in line with our 2024-2026 “Unlock the Future” Strategic Plan and “Care & Dare” People Strategy. Build required leadership capabilities and foster managerial behaviors to support the business and cultural transformation of AXA in a sustainable way. Build strong partnerships with business leaders and HR communities (Talent, Culture, Executive Development…) at both global and local level, to prioritize learning needs according to business priorities and to develop comprehensive and differentiated learning journeys for all target audiences. Execute strategy through design & delivery of learning solutions Play a primary role of leading the team (2 Learning Partners / Program Managers and 2 Learning Coordinators) and providing direction in the execution of the learning strategy Oversee the design of the leadership learning solutions offer at global level Liaise with senior leaders and colleagues in the Group and Entities teams (Talent, Culture, Learning…) to clearly identify leadership learning needs & ensure alignment with corporate objectives Work with these colleagues and external partners to creatively design learner-centric, impactful learning solutions (leveraging digital & personalized journeys) Monitor impact and transfer of learning, drive continuous improvement through qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Define budget, identify vendors, and liaise with procurement and other support teams to build and sustain strategic partnerships Drive the worldwide delivery of leadership learning solutions (learning operations) Drive implementation of the annual global deployment roadmap (annual plan, nominations, dashboards & data, continuous improvement) Market leadership learning offer and drive learner engagement Promote the leadership programs and solutions to the global L&D community and key stakeholders. Collaborate with the Group Learning Operations and Learner Engagement team to implement best practices and participate to global engagement projects targeting senior leaders. Contribute to global strategic upskilling programs Provide support to the Strategic Upskilling Projects team to foster transversal skills (technology, data & AI, sustainability…) and build technical expertise (insurance, project management…) at scale, for programs targeting senior leaders. Be a team player and an ambassador of Group Learning, leveraging and relaying initiatives of the other departments to the benefit of the whole organization, and actively participate to the global L&D community (sharing best practices, promoting innovation…). Stay ahead of market through participation in external networks, conferences. Guarantee compliance of the Leadership & Executive LearningDepartment with Group Standards Manage value, budget, planning and quality of deliverables.!*!Technical and professional skills: Minimum 10 years of experience in learning and development / talent management / executive education, or alternatively in business transformation, strategy or consulting roles Good knowledge of learning and talent development practices Good knowledge of leadership / managerial challenges and trends Strong stakeholder management skills, with capability to advise and bring expertise to senior leadership Strong project management skills & learning design skills Strong managerial skills Negotiation & communication (written and oral) skills Business French & English level Soft skills and competencies: Result and customer orientation Ability to argue, influence and negotiate with senior leadership and internal subject matter experts Ability to inform and communicate strategic issues adapting to your interlocutor Ability to prepare and lead presentations, both internally and externally Ability to navigate at all levels of the organization Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with external providers and internal stakeholders Strategic thinking and strong business acumen Growth mindset and innovation oriented Entrepreneurial mindset !*!Why AXA ?
