From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team’s main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams.Your scopeAs Product Manager, Banking, you will have the critical responsibility of overseeing bank connections, the budgeting feature, and banking data quality. This role requires a precise technical understanding to optimize connection and reconnection flows, which are crucial for activating key features such as in-store cashback, personalization, and robust analytics. You will also develop our budgeting feature, which is essential in today's economic climate, and enhance it to help users control their spending while staying informed on their carbon footprint. Additionally, you will aim to elevate the quality of our banking data, currently underutilized, to harness its full potential for insights and personalization across the company.What you will doAt Joko, we strongly believe in end-to-end ownership. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the following:Roadmap: You will take part in defining our product vision for your domain and will build the associated roadmap. You will process and centralize all the needs and feedback from our stakeholders - internal (other teams) or external (users, partners, etc.) - and prioritize developments.Features: You will be the architect behind every feature of your domain and will handle all steps from discovery to launch: feature specifications, iterations with designers, interactions with engineers, quality assessment, and success monitoring.Intelligence: You will become a true product expert in your domain by combining intelligence from product trends, competitor analyses, data monitoring, and user interviews.Communication: You will bring visibility to all stakeholders regarding what's coming next and ensure all teams are aligned around the roadmap. You will also become the main point of contact on the product side for any topics relating to your domain. Who we’re looking forExperience:You have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally on mobile app and/or consumer productsLocation: You are based in France or Western EuropeLanguages:You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.Product savvy:You are constantly looking at emerging product trends and testing new mobile apps when they are releasedMindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback, and strive to get better every dayTech fluency:You are comfortable in a technical environment and are always curious to understand how things workAnalytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing dataEfficiency: You are fond of productivity and can lead projects with many stakeholders to ensure timely deliveryAttention to detail: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when they exist.Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and can explain something complex with simple words.
