We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Core Architect to join our team in Paris. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with additional knowledge of Loyalty Cloud being a significant advantage. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives and drive customer success. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other systems. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Expertise: Leverage extensive knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance customer interactions. Loyalty Cloud Integration: Utilize knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to design and implement loyalty programs that drive customer engagement and retention. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules. Data Management: Oversee data migration, data quality, and data integration efforts to ensure accurate and reliable information within Salesforce. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure efficient and effective operation. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators to maximize the value of Salesforce solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and processes. Requirements Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is mandatory. Loyalty Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud is a significant plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in French. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer Focus: A strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience working in a consulting environment or with a Salesforce partner. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific challenges and best practices in Salesforce implementation.
