Finance Manager

Your tasksOWNERSHIP: You will be responsible for all finance-related topics, particularly in the areas of automation, tool implementation, digitalisation and process optimisation. You will work strategically, but also operationally.BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Within our tool Scoro, you will work with revenue-generating teams to ensure that customer budgets are allocated to the respective teams and relevant services.PROFITABILITY PLANNING: In coordination with our team leads, you will take care of the planning, controlling and optimisation of profitability targets. You will also liaise closely with the management and plan the monthly sales and cost development.CASH FLOW MANAGEMENT: You are responsible for our overall cash flow management, including budgeting and forecasting processes, and optimise this through various measures.INNOVATOR/COMMUNICATOR: You are the interface to internal and external partners and ensure a smooth process and exchange on relevant finance topics. You optimise processes, automation and cooperation; and build up a team together with us in the long term.Your profileEDUCATION: You have a degree in finance or a comparable background. Additional qualifications are a plus.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have solid professional experience in finance and have acquired in-depth expertise in the areas of budgeting, profitability planning, controlling and cash flow management.PROJECT MANAGEMENT: You can work strategically and have an affinity for project management. This means that you are able to penetrate existing processes, optimise them based on a strategy and always maintain an overview. At the same time, you are open to working operationally to create optimal solutions.AFFINITY FOR NUMBERS: You are passionate about numbers and finance. You have an excellent understanding of numbers and an analytical mindset. Your way of working is always solution-oriented and self-reliant, and characterised by confidentiality and diligence.COMMUNICATION: You are fluent in German and English, are able to present complex issues in a simple way and are not afraid of in-depth, transparent communication and exchange with internal and external partners.INNOVATIVE SPIRIT: You are confident in the digital world and can easily familiarise yourself with new tools.
