Chargé(e) de contrôle interne IT

The IT Internal Controller is in charge of supporting and advising operational and functional teams concerned by the implementation of an internal control frame in coherence with the orientations defined at Allianz Group and Allianz Trade levels.You will act as a point of contact and coordinator between the IT Operational teams and the Regulators, Group Risks and the Internal Auditors during the controlling phase.Your main tasks will be:Participate in the activities linked to the IIRM Process (Integrated Information Risk Management),Provide support to the Business and IT operational teams, owners of the Business Application,Coordinate and manage links within Allianz Trade and with internal/external controllers,Collect and manage information requested by the Internal/External controllers,Follow up on the recommendations and action plans coming from internal/external controllers,Organize and support the implementation of Audit projects,Manage Solvency IT Reporting.Minimum Requirements:10 years of experience ideally (first in infrastructure, project management then in IT governance/risk/governance).Advanced in Audit and Internal Control methodologies and best practices (COBIT - ITIL).Good knowledge in project management.Capacity to define and present clear and synthetic dashboards.Good knowledge of IT Organization and processes: development (Change) and operations (Run).Good teaching skills, capacity to communicate easily with different levels of IT or Business teams and with internal and external auditors.Facilitates the development of an open and positive atmosphere within the team.Autonomy.Ability to manage different subjects with different priorities and propose improvements.Advanced level of written and verbal communication in English.Location: ParisIf you are interested in the position above and think you have the right profile, please follow the online application process.
