Redstone Commodity Search is working with an International Trading House looking for a Senior Concentrate Trader to be based in Zug, Switzerland. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Source and sell physical commodities in EU / LATAM. Build and nurture customer and supplier relationships whilst also negotiating logistics and financing with suppliers. Manage physical risk positions. Attend client meetings and industry events (20-40% travel). Develop commercial proposals considering competition and market dynamics and make informed decisions based on this. Reports to Commercial Trading Director. Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 5 years physical trading experience; 8 years preferred: Experience in metal concentrates (lead & zinc preferable). Must have a transferable book. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of the fundamentals of metals trading and hedging. To be located in Geneva or Zug.
