I am looking for a Senior Analog IC Design engineer to join a client I am working with based in Grenoble. This engineer will join a design team to develop new products in GaN Technology and offer a wide power devices family for AC-DC converters. The position will involve the following activity:
Create IC specifications based on inputs from strategic marketing and business department.Design and perform simulations of circuits, including analog functions, power devices and protections. Create and simulate schematics using Cadence Design Virtuoso suite.Create product layout and conduct verification's based on the licensed GaN technology design manual.Design according packaging strategy and thermal constraints.Launch product prototypes in manufacturingPerform prototype characterisation.Create technical documentation and tests reports.Work closely with hardware system design team and interface with Wise Asian GaN technology partner.The desired candidate should have:
