Deployment and Support Engineer

We are an enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking team looking for a like-mindedDeployment and Support Engineer.Doctors waste a lot of time looking for abnormalities in X-rays. At AZmed, you will help to automate this detection process, allowing doctors to spend most of their time on life-threatening exams.You will work with the whole R&D team (developers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers) and doctors daily. We are going through a fast growth period and are working with over 1000 sites in 40 countries, so it’s an exciting time to join our team and contribute to AZmed's mission.AZmed’s first product is Rayvolve, an AI-based abnormality detection software, and you will have hands-on experience in developing applications that integrate state-of-the-art algorithms on the first French deep learning software in radiology.Responsibilities:Install, configure, monitor, and maintain the Rayvolve software in partners’ infrastructures.Deploy new releases and patches for Rayvolve.Manage and resolve client technical support requests efficiently.Oversee the application of Quality System Management processes for client complaints, in collaboration with the Quality team.Develop and maintain automation tools for Rayvolve installation (using Ansible, shell scripts, etc.).Enhance operational processes to streamline installation, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate with the Business teams to convert deals from a free trial phase to a paying phase.Work closely with the Product team to gather and provide insights on client experiences and Rayvolve installations.Minimum Requirements:3-4 years of experience in system administration and technical support.Tech requirements: Linux, VPN, Network, Firewall, SSH, Shell Scripting, Ansible, OVA, Docker.Willing to have a positive impact on our healthcare structures.Experience in the medical tech or AI sector.Experience with Windows OS, Kubernetes, AWS, EC2.Why Join us?Flexible work: Possibility of working remotely two days per week.Time-off: 5 weeks of paid holidays and 2 weeks of RTT.Annual off-sites: Two company holidays each year in amazing locations.Localization: Great office in Paris 2nd arrondissement, next to metro Grands Boulevards.Activities with colleagues:Sports (Basketball session, Urban soccer, …).After work in a bar, karaoke, or in a public park. #J-18808-Ljbffr
