You will be responsible for maximizing value creation through the development and roll out of effective Partner growth strategies and go-to-market plans in line with the overall Ecosystem strategy.Your Key Responsibilities:Partnership DevelopmentBuild and grow a strong relationship with partners to ensure pro-active joint Business DevelopmentDevelop and drive (bilaterally) partner strategy and orchestrated business plan to boost top line growth and improve win rates by leveraging partner’s assets, capabilities, and networkLeverage partner relationship to facilitate sell-to activitiesLead a joined-up partner centric governance, priority setting, business and operational planning at global/regional levelManage the company’s partnership obligations with support from procurement and legalImprove Partnership levels and drive programs to secure the relevant Partnership AwardsMonitor and actively manage partnership performance according to agreed priority objectives and metricsSupport profitability improvements by maximizing partner incentives generatedOrchestrate advancement of capabilities, competencies & certifications for assigned scopeJoint Business DevelopmentLead the overall development and coordination of joint GTM plans and priorities for Alliances & Partnerships in scopeDrive the development and implementation of Growth Campaigns to accelerate Business Development and SalesDrive joint account planning across regional business units to generate pipelineSupport closure of qualified opportunities, with Alliances & Partnerships in scope, and contribute to customer successRequirements:Solid expertise in Business Development in large and complex dealsExperience in carrying multimillion deals and growth targets5+ years of recent experience working directly with ServiceNow and established network within the ServiceNow ecosystemStrong background in partnership development, negotiations, and business strategyExperience in working in international complex and matrix environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
