We are looking for aSenior EnterpriseAccount Directorto join our teamasa trusted adviserwith a relentless focus onbringing value to our customers within the Enterprise sector.You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions Hiring & Learning. You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals, you will always have your clients’ best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.Responsibilities:Plan & Prioritize Book: take a data driven approach when prioritizing accounts, identify revenue path, map stakeholders & consider economic or industry external pressures when crafting your account strategiesApply Solution Expertise:Maintain a high level of product expertise across the full LinkedIn Talent Suite (Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, learning and Engagement SaaS products & features).Have a deep knowledge of competitive solutions in the marketMultithread accounts:Build meaningful relationships withmultiple stakeholdersacross customer’s organizationsDrive Sales:Secure renewals by mitigating churn, renew and grow current customer product baselinesDrive net new revenue streams by selling cross selling products available within your portfolioUses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objectionsCollaborate internally:Engage and coordinate cross-functional partners(Customer Success, Sales Specialist etc)Team Projects:Initiate, Lead or Participate to internal company-wide projects.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:8+ years of applicable sales experienceAbility to establish executive-levelrelationshipsin CAC40 accountsExperience in HR consulting or HR strategyFluent in English & FrenchPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing projectsAnalytical skillsExperience leading customer presentations with multiple stakeholders (+10 participants)Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade othersAbility to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyersAbility to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needsAbility to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitorsSuggested skills:PrioritizingRelationship buildingMultithreadingCollaborationAdditional InformationAt LinkedIn, we want to “leave people better than we found them”.
