Department: Legal | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract: Permanent |Job Requisition N°19143As a member of the legal team of the group’s holding company, you are involved in activities conducted in several countries, as such:You identify, prevent, and mitigate legal risks that may affect the Encevo Group companiesYou advise and assist the Encevo Group companies in the legal aspects of their activities, particularly in the areas of business law, energy law, and mergers & acquisitionsYou draft, review, and negotiate contractsYou conduct legal risk analyses and provide legal opinions and recommendationsYou collaborate in the establishment of structures and follow up on the legal aspects of the operational integration of subsidiaries, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitionsYou manage and monitor litigationYou participate in legal monitoring, contribute to knowledge management within the department, and implement the resulting developments within the Group’s entitiesYou participate in the drafting and implementation of internal proceduresYour profileYou hold a Master's degree or equivalent in Law (with a focus on commercial, corporate, or business law) obtained in Luxembourg, France, Belgium, or GermanyYou have 3 to 5 years of experience in a company or law firmGood knowledge of new technology law, sales law, and/or competition law is an assetYou have a high capacity for analysis and synthesis, and can manage priorities effectivelyYou are proactive, dynamic, and results-orientedWith a strong team spirit, you easily communicate your ideasHighly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
