This mission notably involves:Operational monitoring of the caseOrganization of sales promotion campaigns in compliance with Quality Impact ProcessCreation of training materials (Type book, telephone briefing, etc.)Creation and monitoring of campaigns in the ISM ERPLogistics monitoring: Stock alert, inventory management, etc.Team management according to campaigns if necessary and at the request of your superiorRecruitment and assignment of animators in accordance with the profile defined if necessary or to help on peaks of activity.Respect for the proper monitoring of the company’s indicatorsThe establishment of a lasting partnership with the clientEnsure good customer relations from taking briefs to the balance sheet of operationsAdapt and anticipate the level of customer demandValidation and monitoring of campaign programmingLiaise with sales representatives if requestedEnsure the link on reporting with the IFMG field structure (audit feedback, mystery shoppers, etc.)Validation of value-added reporting tools for the clientMonitoring campaign performance and proposing areas for improvementRealization of qualitative activity summaries according to the agreed frequencyPreparation of items related to invoicingRespect of the gross margin rate validated with your superior.Respect and monitoring of financial indicators validated with your managerYour Profile: Bac + 3 minimum, a first experience in project management and operational marketing is expected.Remuneration:Fixed + variable according to profileAccess to the RIE + 50% of the ticketReimbursement of costs necessary for the accomplishment of your mission.Job type: CDD / CDIApply to this job offer #J-18808-Ljbffr
