Through the CMA CGM Foundation, the Group acts in humanitarian crises that require an emergency response by mobilizing the Group’s shipping and logistics expertise to bring humanitarian supplies around the world.Present in 160 countries through its network of more than 400 offices and 750 warehouses, the Group employs more than 155,000 people worldwide, including 4,000 in Marseilles where its head office is located.YOUR ROLEThe HRIS Reporting & Data Manager, in strong collaboration with Group HRIS solution team and Group HRIS functional team, supports HR community to define and produce relevant KPIs based on accurate data within the different functional domains (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B and Learning).WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Define Reporting & Data architecture aligned with Group HRIS solution leader, global IT and Data Governance (Snowflake, Qlik Sense...)Co-design with HR functional and HR controlling team KPIs, generate and analyze HR reports, respect compliance and data privacy principlesCommunicate on KPIs definitionCo-administrate with HR controlling the Group workforce planning solution (Workday planning)Monitor and follow HR data quality: maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and securityProvide training and knowledge transfer to HR communityLeverage UX and efficiency with AIWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?7 years or more in HRIS within an international organization
