Junior Tester

TMC Luxembourg is looking for a motivated Junior Tester to join a dynamic team of 50 people. The mission, based in Kirchberg, is for a period of 5 years. If you are passionate about software testing and want to work in a bilingual environment (French/English), this is the opportunity for you! Your main tasks: Execute manual and automated test scripts to ensure that the application software behaves as specified. Accomplish the assigned tasks within the specified budget and schedule. Create accurate and complete bug reports. Comply with the project standards on testing policies, criteria, strategy and procedure. Communicate effectively with the project counterparts. Escalate work issues to the appropriate levels. Enhance and update test cases. Review test coverage for accurate planning of testing duration. Identify the most appropriate implementation approach for a given test. Define issues and develop a means to resolve them.   Profile required: You have ISTQB certification (mandatory). You are fluent in written and spoken English. You have a good understanding of software testing concepts (manual and automated). You are rigorous, organized and have good analytical skills. You are able to communicate effectively and escalate problems if necessary. Initial experience as a tester or in a similar field would be a plus.
