One of the biggest successes of these past years, Coty is reinventing itself by strongly developing Retail, Skincare, Niche fragrances and is looking for its new Global Director for Spa & Clinic Activity, within a newly created Global Retail pole. Reporting to the VP Global Retail, your role will be pivotal in sustaining Orveda business development and growth worldwide through Spa and Clinic channels, ensuring an exceptional brand experience for our clientele, and focusing more specially on the High-Net-Worth-Individuals communities of customers. By joining the Global Retail Prestige Team, you will bring a significant experience in developing, managing and leading luxury Spas, and will highly contribute to build the strong foundations of a compelling client-centric approach across all departments, channels, and markets. THE ROLE: - Global management of Orveda Spas Network and Ecosystem: Define Orveda Spa Development Strategy worldwide, be involved in prospecting and finding suitable Spa opportunities in key markets (mainly in Europe), in coherence with the brand’s global strategy and collaborating closely with the regional markets. Define the Spa Activity business KPIs and PNLs, set up an accurate Performance Management Ecosystem to drive the Spas performance, while ensuring a world-class customer experience across all channels, collaborating closely with Global Finance Team, and the regional markets; identify business opportunities and operational levers to drive the productivity per door while delivering a world-class customer experience. Drive the conceptualization of Orveda Spa Experiential Signature by delivering a compelling operational ‘Playbook’ (‘go-to-market approach’), aligned with the brand’s vision, establishing global consistency while taking into consideration local market needs and channel-specific needs, collaborating closely with the Brand departments, the Global Retail Excellence & Retail Education teams; lead the regional markets in implementing Overda Spa Experiential Signature (Playbook), ensuring excellence and continuous improvements. Manage the Operational Processes and Tools specific to Spa Activity to ensure impeccable service standards globally: spa manuals, VM, music ambiance, uniforms, consultation tools, and service models to elevate in-store services. Define a specific Spa Global Education Plan and collaborate with the Global Retail Education Director and with Brand’s Education team to develop accurate training programs and contents, aligned on the Excellence KPIs and driving the right behaviors in Spas. Define a specific Spa Global CRM & Clienteling Plan, in collaboration with the Retail Client Engagement Director, and Global CRM team. Integrate relevant digital elements across all channels to build an efficient Omnichannel Client Journey to drive business and client engagement, in close collaboration with the Retail Client Engagement Director, Direct-to-Consumer and Digital Departments. Build and animate the network of Spa Managers/Directors, worldwide, share best practices. - Development of B-to-B partnerships with Clinics and Plastic Surgery Specialists, worldwide: Define Orveda Clinics Strategy worldwide, identify business opportunities in key markets and the best partners, among the most influencing and recognized Plastic Surgery Experts at both international and local levels, in coherence with the brand’s global strategy and collaborating closely with the regional markets. Define the Clinics Activity business KPIs, set up an accurate Performance Management Ecosystem to drive the performance, collaborating closely with the regional markets. Lead the regional markets in implementing Overda Clinics Strategy, ensuring excellence and continuous improvements, aligned with the brand’s vision, establishing global consistency while taking into consideration local market needs. Manage the Operational Processes and Tools specific to Clinic Activity to ensure impeccable service standards globally. Build and animate the Community of Clinics Owners & Managing Directors and Plastic Surgery Experts & Specialists, worldwide, in order to build long-term fruitful relationships. - Coty’s world-Class Retail Signature: Collaborate with the Global Retail Excellence, Retail Education and Retail Client Engagement teams to define and execute a world-class Retail Signature and Client Experience to be implemented in every point of sales to sustain Coty’s ambitious Skincare business growth. - Leadership, stakeholder communication and development: Lead and mentor a team of sales and commercial professionals, fostering a deep culture of excellence, innovation, ambition, collaboration, and continuous learning. Strongly contribute to infuse a deep Client-Centric Retail Culture internally, at the different levels of the organization. Present Spa & Clinic Strategy, initiatives, and results to senior management, providing regular updates and insights on performance and opportunities for optimization. JOB REQUIREMENTS: MBA degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of luxury spa management at international scale, with experience working with Asian markets. Strong knowledge of the prestige skincare activity. Excellent knowledge of omnichannel: digital trends, spa & clinic landscape, and emerging consumer behaviors, and aware of ongoing global trends especially in Asia. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to work collaboratively, influence power and build positive/effective business partnerships. Natural agility and entrepreneurial skills to adapt to a fast-paced evolving environment and organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with all levels of management, and to influence stakeholders in a continuously evolving environment. Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with strong attention to details. Occasional international travel required (25% to 35% of the time). English fluent required.
