Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Lead to join our team for a Greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will be a technical, hands-on architect with extensive experience in data migration projects. This role will require deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists.

Your Role

1. Data Migration Strategy and Planning:
   - Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for the S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
   - Create detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
2. Technical Leadership:
   - Lead and manage a team of data migration specialists, providing technical guidance and support.
   - Ensure adherence to data migration best practices and standards.
3. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):
   - Design, develop, and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into S/4HANA.
   - Utilize SAP Data Services, SAP HANA, and other relevant tools and technologies.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   - Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and business processes.
   - Provide regular updates and reports on data migration progress, issues, and risks to project management and stakeholders.
5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
   - Identify and resolve data migration issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
   - Conduct root cause analysis for data migration failures and implement corrective actions.

1. Data Quality and Validation:
   - Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
   - Conduct data reconciliation and validation activities to confirm successful data migration.
2. Data Analysis and Mapping:
   - Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data sources, data quality issues, and mapping requirements.
   - Define and document data mapping and transformation rules between legacy systems and S/4HANA.
3. Language competency:
   - Fluent in French and English.
