This role is vital for cultivating strong relationships with key partners and ensuring alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of channel strategies, partner development, and account management, along with a track record of successfully managing partnerships that enhance product offerings and market reach. You'll be instrumental in identifying new partnership opportunities, fostering collaboration, and maximizing the value of our partner network.What you will do Global Performance: Manage Geo targets and metrics to drive business growth.Build Strategic Partnerships with Cloud, Services and Tech Partners: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners that align with Qantev’s growth objectives and enhance our market presence.Channel Development: Develop and execute channel strategies that drive partner engagement and revenue growth, ensuring partners are well-equipped to succeed.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align partner initiatives with company goals and optimize partner performance.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, driving accountability and results.Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with partners, drafting and finalizing agreements that protect Qantev’s interests while fostering strong collaborative relationships.Training & Support: Design and implement training programs for partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about Qantev’s products and services, empowering them to drive success.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights that inform partnership strategies and initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring open communication and addressing any issues that arise to maintain strong, productive relationships.Preferred ExperienceWho you are The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partner management or business development within the SaaS industry. We are looking for a dynamic professional who is adept at building and maintaining relationships across diverse partner ecosystems, with a strong understanding of channel strategies, revenue generation, and partner enablement. Your adaptability will be essential in navigating the fast-evolving landscape of enterprise SaaS and addressing the unique needs of our partners. We value a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.Comfort with independent work and decision-making is crucial, as is a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with internal teams.Proficiency in both French and English is essential for supporting our international partner base.Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
