These technical events provide excellent opportunities for networking as well as informed discussion to industrial professionals on latest topics of colors, printing, packaging, digitalization and associated industries.Job DescriptionExecute on process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesLead projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies from inception to benefit realization and control.Lead cross-functional teams, including members of business/functional staff and external vendorsDeliver results that achieve or surpass projects targets based on ROI, customer satisfaction, or employee satisfaction improvement objectivesMeet project timelines to manage realization of project benefits and maintain downstream effect on project funnelFacilitate finance validation process and status reporting.Communicate to and influence business stakeholders, customers and suppliers of all levelsDevelop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetingsAct as an ambassador and change agent of the Six Sigma team to build a culture of continuous improvementDrive adoption of tools and methods by reinforcing the value propositionParticipate in the propagation of Six Sigma knowledge across the business unit through the delivery of Green Belt training and other informal sessionsMentor & coach Green Belts and team members in project work, helping them understand and use Work-Out, Lean, Six Sigma for successful and timely completion of projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a Business or Technical discipline Master Black Belt Certification will be preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of Master Black Belt projects including transactional and manufacturingProven success in mentoring, training, and leading Black BeltsDevelop financial business cases to support project selection and executionEffectively communicate with all levels of organization and customersEffective coaching, training and facilitating experience in conveying continuous improvement philosophy and tools for various levels within an organizationKnowledge of computers, Microsoft office software, including PowerPoint, is essential.Knowledge of ISO/FSSC Standards and strong data management skills preferred.ApplicationInterested candidates can apply online or submit a cover Letter in English, an updated curriculum vita by emai to [email protected] .  #J-18808-Ljbffr
