We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with Managers to understand the ins and outs of their departments, their hiring needs and job specifications
Creating and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
Sourcing candidates using several databases, job boards, social media etc
Screening candidates resumes and job applications
Conducting interviews in compliance with best practice and local regulations
Closing candidates and assisting with their administrative onboarding
Providing analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team
Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Cultivating a diverse talent pipeline, contributing to Odaseva's DEI initiatives
You will bring:
BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
12+ years of experience in talent acquisition in SaaS and fast-growing environments
Exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Full professional proficiency in English
