Global Reporting Business Partner What you do In Allianz Partners, the Reporting RSA Global Partners is a key team for Group Operations. It provides steering insights to central and local operations management and executives through the creation of relevant and timely dashboards focused on RSA Global Partners, mainly major European car manufacturers. The reporting scope covers the full array of Roadside assistance (RSA) key performance indicators (KPIs), including volumes, quality, digitalization, and performance assessment. It is also the basis of Account Management and Invoicing. The team has a leading role within the Operations Reporting to foster the development of complete and correct client's specific data for internal and external stakeholders, and it provides analytical capabilities when necessary. The team also acts as a single source of truth for client-specific data and ensures data quality, sanity checks, and drives corrections by facilitating and coordinating with local reporting and Operations colleagues. In addition, the team is involved in improvements to core processes from record to report, fostering proper data entry by the various Allianz countries to continuously increase data quality at the source. The team is also at the cornerstone of shared data between Operations, Finance, Account Management, and contributes to the wider consistency of data administration and process across the company. In charge of the Reporting analysts (based in Paris & India) and as such responsible for the management of people and for regular qualitative and timely publication of the reports. Provide expertise and guidance to the team and to other relevant parties to remediate identified pain points and inefficiencies. Adapt and/or design the end-to-end process and tasks performed by the team. Monitor work progress, motivate and provide support to team members. Ensure seamless coordination with the different Allianz countries providing their data, communicating with stakeholders and collaborating with Key Account Managers and Finance. Ensure the accuracy of the data by carrying out qualitative analysis, ad hoc deep dives, and regular sanity checks. Coordinate the production of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and data, ad-hoc requests, etc. Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver data analyses utilizing metrics, dashboards, and reporting packages to address critical or specific informational needs. As gatekeeper of figures, enforce best practices, create/ensure consistency with the Group framework and spread data best practices in operations teams. Support the Global Operations strategy and maintain a constant connection with both central experts and local contacts to propose pragmatic solutions to the Group and improve the steering system. The role fosters flexibility and autonomy in the definition of relevant KPIs, reporting, dashboards, etc. What you bring Bachelor's Degree. 7+ years of experience in Business analysis / Controlling / Operations. Experience in an international environment and fluency in English (all interactions are in English). Previous work experience as a team leader or supervisor, with a caring mindset who will strive to develop the team members. Ability to thrive in a headquarter organization (relations with central/regional/local levels). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ease with numbers: operating a database with technical ability to manipulate and analyze data. Ideally knowledge of PowerBI and MicroStrategy. Preferred skills: rigor, proactivity, analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, autonomy, dynamism, ability to handle a team, project management skills.
