Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Integration ManagerResponsible to lead the integration process within Atlas Copco and the Compressor Techniques division.Develop the organization and business in line with the divisional targets ensuring sound integration aligned with the business strategy. Drive the development of synergies to realize value and support the local organization to develop and contribute positively to the performance of the division. This role is based in the UK, reporting to the General Manager.The role:Execute an agreed integration plan (including risk management plan) of our acquisitions.Act as an effective conduit and be an ambassador and brand champion for both the acquired company and Atlas Copco.Actively facilitate all integration workstreams through effective networking and relationship building across the local, divisional, and BA to ensure progress of the integration, and key dates/milestones are achieved.Work with divisional management to develop the business strategy in line with divisional targets and corporate values.Implement Atlas Copco financial reporting systems to give visibility and accurate reporting.Identify gaps and opportunities to add expertise to the acquired company from Atlas Copco and vice versa. Ensure knowledge and best practice flows both ways.Interact with employees in a constructive, productive, and open and transparent way to drive trust and support the change management process. Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination, and respect for the individuals in all areas of operation.Secure customer confidence post-acquisition. Develop the brand identity and reputation in the market. Support the AC Group’s vision “First in Mind, First in Choice” by contributing continuously to a Customer-Value and a Customer-Care driven culture.Attract, develop and retain and build talent pipeline. Develop an effective “People Plan” to support and develop employees in line with corporate values and to ensure key competence is retained in all areas.Safeguard integrity and transparency of operations by making sure that Business Code of Practice is understood and applied.Lead and coach your team towards continuous success improvement focusing on long term sustainability.To succeed, you will need:Personal drive with entrepreneurial spirit.High level of energy combined with a humble approach and excellent collaboration skills.Strong IT literacy ability to deal with complex data.Inclination to deal with complex information and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Multi-discipline business experience e.g. (Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering).
