Infrastructure projectThe role is based in Cabinda on residential statusÀ propos de notre clientOur client is an international conglomerate.DescriptionOverseeing HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including safety standards in the industry.Developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.Planning and organizing employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for various roles.Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.Coordinating with external training providers or developing in-house training resources as needed.Profil recherchéGraduated from a reputable university in Human Resources, Law, or business administration, you have a minimum of 15 years experience at HR management level, with at least 10 years in Angola.
