Your work will enable our next generation advanced 48V eFuse solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesCreation of functional requirements definition based on market and customer requirementsSystem and product requirement analysis, generation of product concepts, product roadmaps and associated documentationBenchmark of different architectures and design space exploration to find the best performance, power and die size fitLead system modelling and system engineering activities for architecture explorationProvides multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives.Support to the development of eFuse functional safety concept and architectureYour profileExcellent communication and coordination skills both written and spoken in English as well as good cultural awarenessBachelor or Master of Science in Electrical or Electronics engineering, Physics, or related discipline 7+ years of experience within product definition, design or similar in industrial or automotive semiconductor applicationsUnderstanding of transistor level circuit design, strong interest in electronics hardware design and verificationKnowledgeable about automotive quality (AEC-Q100) and reliability requirements, safety analysis methods (FMEDA, FTA) and familiar with functional safety standards such as ISO26262Strong analytical skills to understand, model, and analyze electronic circuits and systems to propose breakthrough semiconductor solutionsYour ExperienceExpert knowledge and demonstrated experience in the semiconductor architecture and design of eFuse and eFuse controllers for Power distribution networks.Prior experience working at Automotive Tier 1 or 2 supplier in defining, implementing, or supporting Power Distribution Systems is desiredKnowledge about system level modeling tools and languages is beneficialFamiliarity with requirements tracking tools such as IBM DOORSPrecision analog experience is beneficialKnowledgeable about automotive quality (AEC-Q100) and reliability requirements, safety analysis methods (FMEA, FTA) and familiar with functional safety standards such as ISO26262 is beneficialFamiliarity with MBSE methods and tools and/or system simulation environments such as SystemCFamiliarity with system design flows, design automation concepts and scripting languages is beneficialTeam and people skills for an international and intercultural environment, self-driven attitude to get engaged and contribute #J-18808-Ljbffr
