The team is heavily focused on business transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve recruitment strategy and implement the best candidate experience.Main responsibilities:Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our top management’s recruitment efforts, contributing significantly to our company's continued growth and success. You will be a cornerstone of our senior leaders recruitment strategy, entrusted with the responsibility of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for senior leadership roles in France and Europe.You will shape our senior recruitment strategy aligned with the business and talent strategy. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to foster leadership excellence;You will co-create and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies specifically tailored to the European market to identify and attract top-tier talent with capabilities and skills needed to meet our strategic objectives;You will be directly involved in hands-on delivery for senior leadership searches in France and hold end-to-end responsibility for leadership recruitment in France and Europe;You will utilize your strong business acumen to collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers.
