With a broader definition than just building, the Construction Job Family covers roles related to Site Operations, Subcontracting, and Commissioning.About the Job:Elaborates, in cooperation with Project Manager and Head of Subcontracting, Construction, CSU, the Subcontracting strategy starting from that prepared during bid stage.Performs the Construction sequence analysis identifying the critical path, and providing the Project Team with the necessary input to define the Project schedule.Defines the Construction Work Package’s list and associated release plan consistent with the overall schedule; responsible for the periodic update of the document during project development.Plans all the deliverables issue and activities to be performed by the Construction Department on the Project in accordance with the overall schedule and relevant resources allocated.Checks, in cooperation with the Project Team, the availability of free issue deliverables (material and IFC drawings) for each Construction Work Package before issuing the relevant notice to start to Subcontractor.Approves all the specific Project procedures and deliverables as in approval course.Supports and drives the Constructability sessions preparation and verifies the implementation of the outcomes from Constructability sessions and follow-up.At Site:Coordinates the Discipline Superintendents to ensure that their activities are executed in accordance with project specifications and documents in full respect of schedule, detecting in advance and avoiding as much as possible causes of Extra-Works.Surveys the implementation of the Construction HSE Plan and monitors that all safety regulations in force at site (including temporary facilities) are implemented.Studies all specifications and other project documents; implements the applicable construction procedures.Ensures that the site quality plan is implemented by monitoring the timely execution and certification of the inspection activities by the Quality Control team.Coordinates the schedule of materials, equipment, tools, trades, and whatever is necessary to perform the construction activities on time.About You:You will match our expectations if you have the following requirements:Technical Diploma/Bachelor's DegreeDeep understanding of the Construction processConfirmed Management & Leadership SkillsConfirmed Interpersonal and Influential SkillsFluency in EnglishRecruitment process:Driven by the inclusion values of the T.EN Group, the division relies on the diversity of its members to progress.
