A French Start-up is looking for a back-end software engineer interested in working on finance/accounting-related products. You will be joining a squad of engineers.Responsibilities Write production-grade TypeScript, Rust, and SQL code Contribute to our finance/accounting-related features: cost basis, gains & losses, impairment, reports… Develop new features and improve the performance of the existing ones Write documentation and tests Requirements Fluent with TypeScript or Rust (both are a plus) Fluent with SQL (mandatory) 3+ years of experience building back-end services Confident with numbers Interested in working on low-level finance/accounting features Fluent in English & French Excellent communication and organisational skills Our stack:TypeScriptRustNodeJS and the NestJS frameworkPostgreSQLRedisYou’ll collaborate closely with our accounting products team, as well as the rest of the engineering team.When / where / how much ? :ASAPFlexible working (remote or on site: Paris)CDIRemuneration according to skillsProcess :Pre-interview with a TechByTech member.1st meeting with the English RH (based in London UK).2nd meeting with the tech-team: technical test.3rd meeting with the VP's.More Information :Equity OptionsFull-remote and flexible working25 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays)Offices in London, Paris & New YorkCompany socials and annual tripTraining & Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
