Together, we aim to create a meaningful impact in our field, with a focus on collaboration, excellence and continuous development.Reporting to the Project and Coordination Manager, your main missions will be to:- Participate and contribute to sales cases according to Vaisala Sales Process- Project scoping (objectives, resources, team, planning, risks, reporting, …)- Overall financial responsibility of the project including but not limited to creating forecasts and maintaining cost and revenue budgets in ERP- Lead the project team including internal and external stakeholders- Manage project deliverables according to contract and scope- Activity reporting (operational, financial,…)- Manage subcontractors.What are you going to bring?Minimum Master degree from high school or university degree in Engineering and minimum 6 years of operational project management experience for the installation of infrastructure and/or equipment in an international and industrial environment.Technical knowledge and skills:- Lidar technology and training and customer concerns- High-risk / Complex project management- Project management certification (IPMA / PMP / PRINCE2) is a plus- Fluency in written and spoken English and French- Spanish will be very appreciated.Interpersonal skills:- Leadership skills- Change management skills- Ability to plan and execute methodology- Understanding of business and finance- Ability to travel internationally for key related work.Recruitment Process- Phone Interview (HR), 10/20 min- Face-to-face interview (Product Manager/ Services Manager + HR), 1h00- Face-to-face or team interview (Manager + Delivery Project Manager), 1h00.Please send us your resume and cover letter in English.VAISALA France SAS reaffirms its commitment to gender diversity and non-discrimination.
