Job Description Responsibilities: Responsible for a product area: Supervise the various production stages (local and offshore) of data from coding to data production (publish). Strengthen relationships with our group Centers of Excellence (e.g., India & Bulgaria). Coordinate communication with Local Customer Service / MI-CSM & Sales teams. Monitor internal KPIs via group applications (e.g., JIRA). Manage level 2 client requests & incidents via group applications (e.g., SalesForce). Prepare and present methodological arguments internally and externally when necessary. Dedicate projects to your sector. Project Management: Activity tracking / monitoring. Challenge processes. Lead the project & coordinate project stages via our RACI (Teams, Excel). Optimize methods and processes between local and GSC to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. Develop new local or international products with Local Customer Service, Sales, CSM teams. Quality Monitoring: Manage quality improvement (KPIs & re-engineering, innovative action plans). Data production (verification of distributor flows, analysis of new products, etc.). Supervise coding: Monitor WFM, TSR mining, and implement action plans for recurring coding issues. Ensure strict control, maintain quality, and provide ongoing training for offshoring teams. Skills and Profile: Business School or Master 1 or 2 (University) with a specialization in marketing; motivated by marketing analysis and understanding a panel of distributors. We are looking for a rigorous, curious, proactive, autonomous person who enjoys teamwork in an international context. You are comfortable working both in a team and independently. You are proficient in English, as well as in the Office suite, and you have knowledge of databases and decision-making reporting tools. You have an affinity for numbers, analysis, and client relations. You can orchestrate and supervise team work.
