Introduction Within ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department “IT Cluster France North” is an IT organization with proximity with Flat mills, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the mill applications management. IT Cluster France North main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different mill processes: Supply Chain, Quality, Logistic, Industrial Department, Finance. The main Missions of our Department are: Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget). Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize): Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise. Support and integrate new Flat IT projects. What does the job entail? The IT Functional Architect will be integrated into one of the department's teams which is managing different Business processes (product dressing, quality, production) through different IT systems based on multiple technologies (SAP, Java, Mainframe, Adabas, .Net). His/her main missions are: Align IT solution with business vision. Be the main business contact for all solution design related to his functional scope, locally and/or transversally Atlantique/Lorraine. For a start, he/she will: Ensure overall solution design/validation with business representatives and manage related activities. Understand Business Vision and ensure new corresponding IT solutions are aligned to the vision. Evaluate opportunities, scenarios and recommendations for a solution that is optimum in terms of quality, performance, costs and planning. Assess functional content of the project with business representatives. Help business to formalize their needs. Formalize functional requirements, transmit and explain it to analysts/developers. Facilitate/Organize acceptance phases with business representatives. Eventually take part in business change management activities. Follow-up related activities: Business needs requirements portfolio, priorities. Who we are looking for? Ability to work with extended teams located in various sites in Europe and in offshore context. English: Advanced. Previous experience working on projects is a plus.
