Within the Global Medical Strategy Operations and Governance Division, the Global Medical Project Lead is responsible for high quality support of project set-up, implementation and coordination of existing and new projects sitting under responsibility of the Global Medical organization. Main Responsibilities: Project Lead Develop project plans based on the business needs, including project milestones. Monitor the project execution ensuring delivery in the agreed timeline and quality. Strategically identify needs and the winning tactics to achieve vision and ambition of the Medical function, proactively involve stakeholders and effectively communicate them. Implements project management methodology and promotes best practices. Coordination of Business Activities Coordinating all business activities related to the project. Responsible for all aspects around meeting organization and execution related to the project in scope. Liaises with, and updates on progress to the project team and to the Steering Committee. Coordination with external vendors to align on project status, budget, meeting coordination, and actions follow-up, including monitoring project budgets and scope. Contract Management Where support is needed, coordination around contracts and budgetary aspects. Transversal Activities Coordination In order to be considered for this role you must have an advanced degree and certification in project management coupled with extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry (ideally medical affairs) demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset. You will be a strong and committed leader, both operationally and strategically, with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
