We are looking out for an Analyst, IT Strategy & Finance to join our team in Goa!
This is a hybrid opportunity that will allow the candidate to work from home and on certain days of the week come into our Goa office!
This is an intermediate level analyst position to provide support for telecommunications services and mobile telecommunications services across the global network, and support projects and financial accountability for IT Infrastructure.
How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
The analyst will provide support using available technology systems. The analyst will resolve telecommunications issues directly if possible, calling out as necessary for more complex issues. Use the ERP, VIM, VeraSmart and other systems to support telecom, projects, and financial accountability for IT Infrastructure. Work as a member of a team and have general responsibility across all functions of the team. The analyst may have specialized knowledge or responsibility in 1 or 2 areas.
Support telecommunications services across the global network:
Order and terminate telecom circuits and telephone lines as needed.
Analyze and code telecommunications invoices for payment.
Resolve telecommunication invoicing issues.
Work with vendors to maintain telecommunication services globally as needed and work with accounting to ensure invoices are paid on time. Handle telecom expenses.
Support mobile telecommunications including:
Respond to ServiceNow requests for devices, service or to resolve user issues.
Update the CommScope mobility store.
Work with mobility vendors to establish service, order devices and resolve user issues.
Analyze and code mobility invoices timely to ensure invoices are paid on time.
Maintain assigned inventory user tables.
Support Infrastructure Projects:
Submit and track CARs.
Create internal orders.
Input and track material transfer orders.
Submit asset capitalization forms.
Assist project managers.
Assist in maintaining and handling infrastructure contracts documentation.
Track capital project financials.
Prepare capital forecasts.
Assist in managing the infrastructure capital plan.
Support IT standards by performing required review of E-Requisitions or purchase requisitions as needed.
Document established and new internal processes. Work closely with other team members to meet team goals and improve processes.
Recommend changes to policies, procedures, and standards to ensure conformance with IT and Company objectives. Participate and assist in providing knowledge articles as necessary.
Take personal responsibility for attending meeting commitments and ensuring expected results are achieved.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s in commerce or any other related curriculum with preferably 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Skills Required:
Strong Customer service skills.
Solid attention to detail.
Solid understanding of finance and accounting.
Ability to communicate, and present verbally and written, with a level of confidence and skill.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict.
Solid understanding and ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate interactions with users, vendors, accounting, finance, and other team members.
Effective spoken and written English language communication skills with ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to mentor team members.
