The successful candidate will lead the analysis and track successful progression of IT solutions related to our Derivatives program.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Risks, Derivatives systems, and the Derivatives Markets, along with experience in the interpretation of regulatory (European, Swiss and Singapore - EMIR, MIFID, FinFRAG, MAS) into process, system, and reporting requirements.The role demands adaptability in a global and challenging environment and necessitates expertise in change management.The Senior Business Analyst role will include management activities of internal or external junior resources in the review and coordination of system and requirements analysis to implement and test digital and process solutions. The successful candidate will therefore lead this functional area and the associated Products while working continually with stakeholders and Business Process owners to identify needs and bring insight into business processes.They will lead the articulation of current and future business needs through joint interpretation of regulatory and business processes and the subsequent IT delivery.The candidate should be an experienced senior in Business Analysis methodology and the planning of analysis and testing deliveries.Main ResponsibilitiesCo-work with business and IT colleagues to develop the tactical and strategic plans for optimizing process, resources, and assets.Develop stakeholder engagement by identifying stakeholders and building a close and trusted relationship that meets their needs/issues/concerns.Provide formal and informal training or coaching to others throughout the organization in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures within the regulatory and derivatives area.Contribute to the definition of organization structure by recommending reporting lines and roles and responsibilities and identifying interfaces with other teams to align with the structure of the broader function and corporate organization principles.Lead and monitor IT projects related to Derivatives from initiation to closure, including risk mitigation and sharing updates with senior management and stakeholders.Work closely with risk management teams to ensure alignment with company standards.Lead change initiatives and implement best practices in change management to ensure smooth transitions.ExperienceDegree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field or Equivalent Level.Experience in IT Process and Analysis, preferably in the Derivatives and Commodities trading sector.Mandatory: strong understanding of Risks, Derivatives systems, Commodities Trading, and Derivatives Markets.Required: In-depth knowledge of European, Swiss, and Singapore regulations or components thereof, with proven skills to extend to other regulatory regions.Proven experience in change management.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Ability to adapt to a global and challenging environment.A plus: Fluent in French.Additional InformationWe provide a dynamic and stimulating international environment, which will stretch and develop your abilities and channel your skills and expertise with outstanding career development opportunities in one of the largest and most solid private companies in the world.Competitive salary and benefits.Access to Training and Development.Diversity & InclusionLDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
