Requisition ID: 36594 Location: Courbevoie, FR, 92400 Process Organization and Solutions Department Finance Processes, Organization & Systems defines optimal End To End processes, including controls and systems for the Finance Line at ENGIE, and ensures their effective implementation in the live systems. PO&S is also in charge of completing the Finance target operating model, and develops the Finance talents to become even more effective advisers to the business. The Financial Processes, Data and Systems (PDS) sub-department, responsible for Process, Data & Systems streams, is recruiting a Finance Senior Solution Lead (M/F). Role Overview: The Financial Processes, Data and Systems department aims to deliver efficient E2E processes supported by standard solutions (S/Hana ERP + Group applications) with clean Master data and smart reporting. The approach is driven through the “Global Enterprise Transformation” program for which the PDS team is designing the Finance Core Model, working closely with IT teams and process experts from our Global Business services (GBS) along with advisory firms. Key Responsibilities: Align solution delivery to the requirements of the Finance line with direct accountability for content and quality of deliverables (features, documentation). Coordinate design to testing activities up to user acceptance. Challenge the design of processes proposed by Stream Leads/process experts. Liaise with Solution owners (for non-ERP solutions) and draw action plans. Ensure technical documentation is delivered. Contribute to documentation or testing activities directly. Coordinate stakeholders (subcontractors and internal resources). Contribute to change management & adoption track through communication to users, training, and identification of process changes. Workload Management: Participate in capacity planning for outsourced services and internal resources. Monitor workload actuals, anticipate overruns, and propose scope adjustments if necessary. Planning Monitoring: Build initial schedule (phases or sprints) and monitor execution. Alert management in the event of deviation and propose corrective actions. Profile: Recognized skills in information systems: expertise in one of the following solutions combined with a good general knowledge of others: ERP SAP S/4 Hana (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.), reporting solutions (BPC / BFC) or Analytics (SAC, etc.), Cash Flow and Bank communication tools. Significant experience of at least 10 years. Knowledge of the functionalities of the main IT solutions used at the Finance Direction. Deep knowledge of the operational processes of a Finance department: accounting is a must have, consolidation, management control, cash, performance. General knowledge of support function processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Management skills to lead project teams. Capacity to assume accountability on budget and planning.
