Operating within the global online food delivery market, which is expected to be worth $365 billion by 2030, and backed by Tier-1 investors, including Octopus Ventures, Local Globe, Heartcore Capital, Rakuten, and Battery Ventures.Why we open this position?To deliver on our vision, we are organised on three pillars on the business part:Ops & Network: managing the supply chain and the network of franchise partners across the different countriesRevenue: management of the delivery platforms and click & collect, commercial calendars, local marketing initiatives and innovation on the different brandsPower to Creators: the team that is responsible for finding and working with our key creatorsWe are currently looking for a Marketing Manager in the Revenue pillar who will be responsible for a portfolio of brands within the burger and street food vertical.As the Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Group Revenue. With the marketing and promotion budget attached, you are responsible for enabling revenue growth for Taster, the top-line GMV within your portfolio of brands.Your responsibilitiesIn-Platform Marketing:Own and manage relationships with key delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Wolt, Foodora).Negotiate and execute key marketing activities to support the growth of our kitchen partners.Identify and leverage new advertising opportunities to attract and retain platform customers.Marketing strategy and calendar:Define the calendar for each brand in various markets and cross the different channels of communication.Collaborate with the Innovation team and the Power to Creator team to develop key moments that will drive traffic and sales.Collaborate with the local kitchen network teams to give insights to the networks and improve their performances.Data Analytics:Maintain and enhance performance dashboards to monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.Analyse promotional performance and develop promotion plans based on top-performing campaigns.Provide weekly updates on performance metrics and competitor analysis for assigned territoriesPrepare and attend to Quarterly Business reviews with Brands and PlatformsIs it really for me?At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing, experience in start-up and food is preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPIs and data analysis.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships.Proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker, and Excel for daily tasks and data analysis.A proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges.A do-whatever-it-takes attitude to deliver exceptional quality on time and on budget.Fluent in English and French are required.
